  340. 1.  When a macro virus is detected in conjuction with 
  341.     other viruses, the macro virus remover will not
  342.     work. If this occurs, remove the other virus first
  343.     or work in a separate area.
  344.  
  345. 2.  The VShield DOS TSR (on-access scanning) invoked
  346.     during a WIN-OS/2 session will not display the
  347.     prompting notification screen due to a WIN-OS/2
  348.     display incompatibility.

  369. * INSTALLING THE PRODUCT *
  370.  
  371. Take one of the following two main steps depending on
  372. which version of VirusScan for OS/2 you want to
  373. install:
  374.  
  375. 1.  For the installable version of VirusScan for OS/2,
  376.     take these steps:
  377.  
  378.     a.  Execute the INSTALL.CMD program.
  379.     b.  Follow the on-screen instructions.
  380.  
  381.     By default, McAfee's installation program makes
  382.     a directory on the hard disk drive named
  383.     C:\MCAFEE\OS2SCAN and copies the program files
  384.     to that directory.
  385.  
  386.     The installation script also adds the directory
  387.     to the path statement in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file
  388.     and adds one line to that file that calls the
  389.     VShield program to provide on-access virus
  390.     protection. For the most complete virus protection,
  391.     McAfee recommends using the /ANYACCESS switch.
  392.  
  393.     or
  394.  
  395. 2.  For the non-installable version of VirusScan for
  396.     OS/2, take these installation steps:
  397.  
  398.     a.  Make a directory on your hard disk drive.
  399.     b.  Copy the files to that directory.
  400.     c.  Add that directory to the path statement in
  401.         your AUTOEXEC.BAT file.
  402.

  404. * TESTING YOUR INSTALLATION *

  406. The Eicar Standard AntiVirus Test File is a combined effort 
  407. by anti-virus vendors throughout the world to come up 
  408. with one sta
